    I.T. Worx is one of only a few Apple Authorized Service Providers in the Triad. This means that our technicians are Apple certified, the parts we used to repair iPhones are Apple parts, and any work we do will not void your Apple warranty.

    At I.T. Worx:

    • $25 diagnostic fee covers in-house labor (applied to AppleCare+ deductibles - this would be returned if Apple covers the costs through warranty).

    • We offer in-house service – An Appointment is necessary. Please click here to schedule at the Greensboro location, or click here to schedule at the Winston-Salem location.

    • Most single-part repairs can be completed in-house the same day (depending on part availability). There are exceptions which require the device be mailed-in to Apple.
    • Disclosure: If parts need to be ordered, we are required to check in the device and maintain custody until parts arrive.

    IPHONE REPAIRS

    I.T. Worx is one of only a few Apple Authorized Service Providers in the Triad. This means that our technicians are Apple certified, the parts we used to repair iPhones are Apple parts, and any work we do will not void your Apple warranty.

    At I.T. Worx:

    • $25 diagnostic fee (waived with AppleCare+)

    • We offer In House service – An Appointment is necessary, Please click here to schedule at the location of your choice.

    • We offer a no-charge iPhone loaner program (if you qualify according to your phone’s warranty or AppleCare+ plan).

    • Most repairs can be made the same day, iPhone screen repairs are generally completed within one to three business days. Most screen-related repairs are done in house.  There are exceptions which require mail into Apple.

    We currently repair models supported by Apple.

    Of course, we make sure you know up front how much your iPhone repair will cost and that you’re satisfied with our work before you leave.

    IPAD REPAIRS

    As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can troubleshoot problems with your iPad, and help you get it repaired right.

    At I.T. Worx:

    • No appointment is necessary to drop off your iPad for diagnostic tests or repair.
    • In some cases, diagnostic tests can be performed on the spot.
    • We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee of $25 (waived with AppleCare+). That fee is applied to any further repair work performed by I.T. Worx technicians.
    • There is no charge for iPad repair work done on products under warranty.
    • iPad hardware repairs are generally completed in three to four days. All hardware-related repairs are mailed to Apple for service.

    Our Apple certified technicians will work efficiently so you can get out the door and on with your life.

    If your iPad repair is more complicated than something that we can fix in house, such as an iPad screen repair, we’ll help box up your device and send it to Apple (if it is under warranty). Unlike here-today-gone-tomorrow mall kiosks or screen repair shops, Apple uses only its own high-quality parts to fix each and every iPad.

    THE PARTS USED IN AN IPAD REPAIR MATTER.

    Even something as basic as replacing a cracked screen can invalidate the warranty on your iPad if the repair is not performed by an Apple technician using Apple parts.

    At I.T. Worx, we know Apple products inside and out, and we’ll help get your iPad working again as good as new – or even better. You can drop off your IPad for a repair without an appointment, and some repairs can be completed same day. With locations in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, I.T. Worx is the place to go for all IPad repairs.

    MAC REPAIRS

    Macs are known for their clean design, quality components and extreme reliability – some people even say they’re bulletproof. But they aren’t immune to accidents, hard drive failures or other breakdowns that can occur when machines are run long and hard.

    That’s where we can help. I.T. Worx is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, which means Apple trusts us to repair all kinds of Macs. All of our iMac, MacBook and MacBook Pro repairs are performed by Apple certified technicians using Apple parts. That’s important, because if work on your Mac is performed by someone who is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider, your warranty can be voided.

    Our average turnaround time for a Mac repair is three days. We stock parts needed for common upgrades, such as a replacing a failed hard drive, in house. For damaged Mac’s parts typically have to be ordered and are repaired upon arrival

    And before we return your Mac, we put it though our in-house quality assurance process to make sure your device is running right (and that it’s spotless, too). If we identify tweaks that could help make your system run faster or more efficiently, we’ll tell you.

    At I.T. Worx, we see a lot of sick computers. In fact, the most common PC repairs we perform are related to viruses. Viruses cause computers to run slow, crash software and wreak havoc on your files.
