Depending on repair paths available, AppleTV repairs are often completed within 1-5 business days.
HOW IT WORKS WITH US
AN APPLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERPersonal Service
You will need to drop off your AppleTV with us so we can perform tests. This will start with a $25 (plus tax) diagnostic and labor charge due at check-in.
Diagnostic Fee
Diagnostics are required and are typically completed within 1 business day.
Appointments
After the tests we will reach out to you with a repair path and estimate, awaiting your approval to move forward.
Fast Turn Around
Once we receive parts to our shop, we will test to ensure everything is working properly before alerting you that your AppleTV is ready to pick up.
If you do have a warranty (Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+), your diagnostic fee would be applied towards any deductible costs. In the event Apple covers the repair entirely, the diagnostic fee would be refunded to you. Diagnostics and repair quotes are required in order to know if the device will be covered or aided by warranties.
