I.T. Worx is one of only a few Apple Authorized Service Providers in the Triad. This means that our technicians are Apple certified, the parts we use for iPhones repair are Apple-genuine parts, and any work we do will not void your Apple warranty.

Diagnostic Fee

We charge a $29 diagnostic fee up-front. That fee is applied to in-house labor (it does not apply to out-of-house depot iPhone repairs).

Same Day Service

Most single-part iPhone repairs can be completed in-house the same day (depending on part availability). There are exceptions which require the device be mailed-in to Apple.

If parts need to be ordered, we are required to check in the device and maintain custody until parts arrive.

If you do have a warranty (Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+), your diagnostic fee would be applied towards any deductible costs. In the event Apple covers the repair entirely, the diagnostic fee would be refunded to you. Diagnostics and repair quotes are required in order to know if the device will be covered or aided by warranties.

Please remove Find My Device. Please follow these steps.

After diagnostics, we will reach out to you to confirm repair costs and wait for your approval before proceeding.
