At I.T. Worx we offer a range of services and we’re good at all of them. Really. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:
Service: We only hire experienced professionals to install, maintain and service computers and other communication technology. Our employees treat your computers and devices like their own, insisting that a job is done right before it’s considered complete.
For small- to medium-sized businesses, we can serve as your external I.T. department, keeping things running and backed up, and hosting your website or apps off site.
Sales: Our retail store is a no-pressure zone where you can test drive everything we sell. Always wanted to try a Mac? We’ll encourage you to play around with a few. Think you’d like a new PC? We’ll take the time to explain upgrades since your last one. Our sales staff takes the time to ask questions and to listen to your needs before ever suggesting a solution.
We also fulfill the needs of companies that are interested in purchasing or integrating equipment, or planning for their I.T. needs.
Repairs: When your computer is broken, we’ll get it fixed. Quickly, efficiently and no appointment required. And if for some reason we can’t fix it easily, we’ll call you to make sure you want us to dig deeper.
Training: We offer one-on-one sessions to help you get comfortable with your new hardware or software. We’ll talk on your level, move at your pace and give you the guidance you need to feel confident. If you’re switching platforms, we’ll be your guide to make the transition easy and exciting.
