At I.T. Worx, we are dedicated to serving our customers in the best ways possible. For some time now we have been keeping an eye on the development of social media (blogging, twitter, facebook, etc.) As a tool to better stay in contact with,  and engage with our valued customers. So now we are excited to move forward with our own social media efforts and launch this blog, along with a facebook page and a twitter account.

One of the great things about social media is that unlike traditional media, there exists a two way street, which involves not only talking, but also listening.

This blog has a place for your comments, (please feel free to tell us what you’re thinking)  Our “fans” can post a message on our facebook page. Twitter is…. well, twitter is like the wild west, anyone can say anything there! We look forward to providing you with relevant information; a forum for I.T. related discussions, and a place for engagement.
