Over the last 25 years Performance Bicycle has grown from a basement operation into the nation's leading bicycle mail order and retail company.
Headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC, the client was in need of a system review and upgrade. We performed a review with the client and developed specific strategies to upgrade and streamline their systems.
Our solution was to leverage their current systems into performing new roles, while providing production users with new hardware, software and collaborative tools which have improved and enhanced their productivity. One of the key items was to migrate an older production server to a newer platform. This new platform then provided the foundation for new collaborative software to be implemented.
